1. Will SnugPerch fit my chair?
At 45 × 90 cm, it covers the backrest and seat of most office, gaming and dining chairs. Elastic buckle straps hold it in place so it doesn't slide.
2. Does it heat my back and seat?
Yes. Two heating zones warm your backrest and seat at the same time, so you feel the warmth from shoulders to seat.
3. How warm does it get?
Choose from 3 heat levels, from gentle warmth to toasty. A built-in thermostat keeps the temperature steady.
4. How long does it take to warm up?
It warms up gradually over a few minutes. Start on high, then turn it down once you're cozy.
5. Is it safe to leave on?
SnugPerch has an auto-off timer (up to 12 hours), so it switches itself off if you forget. Don't use it while sleeping, folded, or for anyone who can't feel heat, such as infants.
6. How do I wash it?
Unplug the controller cord, unzip the plush cover and machine-wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Keep the heating pad and controller dry.
7. What plug does it use?
A standard North American plug (110–120 V) that works in any regular wall outlet in Canada and the US. It's not designed for car outlets.
